I'm writing to thank you for recommending Chris and Rod for work that I needed done around my home. Everything about them and their work was outstanding! Chris called when he said he would, arrived on time, took the shortest time, explained everything to me thoroughly, and their workmanship was exceptional. I even received a $40 voucher for later use and Chris mowed my lawns whilst he was waiting for Rod to finish off the last job, complimentary!
I also mentioned to my friend in a telephone conversation that Chris & Rod were at my home doing a few things that needed doing and she said she had been waiting for a return call from another franchise from a week prior! I called Chris and gave him Angela's number and he and Rod started her jobs that afternoon.
It was such a change to have a handyman/tradesman actually return a call, turn up and complete a job with such professionalism.
